This is where you get to know who you are dealing with!

Please remember that you are not the only person trying to save money on this coming winters heating bill.  I am having more phone calls than ever and I am trying to keep up as best I can.  Thank you!  Scott

IF you are READY TO ORDER>>>(ship one to you)  I will need all of this information:
1) Shipping address and phone number TRY TO USE A BUSINESS to save you money! But remember....you need to have the stove condition checked out BEFORE someone signs for it!  Once you sign it is yours.  Even if damaged and the box is perfect.  So pay attention.  Ask me about this when you get ready to order.

2) Your home address and phone number.

3) What do you want?  Right handed or Left handed heater?? extension?
4)  If I have all of that I can get your freight quote BEFORE we talk and save  you TIME and ME TIME!

Remember, once you have signed for your heater, you have released the trucking company from any liability on damage.  Please check your heater and heat duct before you sign.  We have not had much trouble for the amount of shipping we are doing........however I want you to realize I cannot do much to help you after you have signed the release.  Thanks Scott

We are now backordered at least 4 weeks.  So if you are wanting a heater today, it is not going to happen.  We will ship them as soon as we can.  I cannot give you an exact date on shipping a heater, nor can the factory.  9-08-08.

Scott Bradley was born and raised in Ozark, Mo. Scott is a graduate of MSU in Springfield, Mo. with a degree in Agriculture.  Married to Tracey (21 yrs.)(Tracey feels like it has been 2x that long.) and living on a cattle and alfalfa hay farm near Ozark.  Tracey works in Springfield and Scott farms.  Raising two daughters, keeps them both busy.  Scott and Tracey purchased a Lil'House heater for their old farm house in 1988, and about 14 years ago they purchased a modular home of approx. 1755 sq. ft.  With more time than money they decided to also heat the new home with a heater.  So, they kept the small 150 gallon propane tank to use for backup heat in the new home.  Scott being a "tight wad" (as Tracey says) fills the tank once a year maybe and that is all the propane they use. This will be our 20th winter of heating with a Lil'House heater.  Since removing the gas cook stove the propane tank has not been tapped in 2 years.  I did check to make sure the pilot light would stay on in the propane heater in the house.

Honesty is very important to the Bradley's and rest assured we will not "hang you out to dry" when thinking of purchasing a Lil'house heater.  With over 1200 units in the field Scott is familiar with the heaters operation and requirements. We are the number 1 dealer in the United States for the Lil'house heaters.  Customer service is also very important to Scott and he will go the distance to help you all he can. If it is a question about installation or general question he will answer it for you.

You’re welcome to come see our unit, but we request you make an appointment.

Scott and Tracey Bradley

How to Contact us!

Due to the overwhelming number of phone calls I am receiving I can only answer the phone one person at a time.  If you try to call and it is busy I am on the phone with someone helping them. Try again in 15 to 30 minutes.   I can always answer emails as they are readily available for me to get to when I have a little time.  Thanks to everyone that has been patient with me the last couple of days it was greatly appreciated.

So be patient and drop me an email first as I will be checking it everyday several times.  Don't worry I do want to talk to you!  Try my office phone first, then the cell phone.  You will be talking to me so you will get personal service!

Thanks.

************

Read below before you call.

417-581-7755 or my cell 417-838-6078.  Best time to call 8-5 am. CENTRAL TIME!  Try calling back later.  Remember if you don't get the answering machine and you get a busy signal, I am on the phone with someone else.  Don't call my cell if the business phone is busy........I am on it!

THANKS

Please try the CELL number after you have tried the office number first!   If the office number is just busy that means I am on that phone.  It won't do any good to call the cell as I can only talk to one person at a time!

Remember you can leave me a message at the office number.

Please don't call after 5 p.m central time.  We are closed on Sunday too!

I need some rest too!

Fax me at: 210-579-7755 (efax)

**Your welcome to fax me a copy of  your floor plan so we can discuss it.   I can "see" your home with a floor plan in front of me.  You can also send me photos via email.**
