1) Inline diesels, these are usually found in most heavy
equipment and large trucks. Passenger vehicles with Cummins, VW, and Mercedes inlines are great! These engines
seem to gain the most mileage off of the new fuel blends.
2) Diesel engines running V-8's, the older FORD and CHEVY
IDI's run great on this blend. The international 7.3 POWERSTROKE, 94-03 is king among the V-8's! DURAMAX
runs great on it too!
THE units and short descriptions!

The TF
3000
Description: Certainly a large
step up from the TF1000, the TF3000 features a larger 26 gallon tank to process larger batches, a faster 2.2 GPM pump for
less wait time, and a larger FP-2 filtration media assembly. The TF3000 fits well in the corner of a shop or in the bed of
a truck. A small cart makes this thing a breeze around the shop. HINT: a hand truck laid horizontal with the handle set vertical
makes a great, economical cart. The TF3000 easily keeps 2-3 passenger trucks filled each day.
Output: Up to 52 gallons per hour (This system features a 12 volt pumping system and is not rated for
continuous use. System should be run for 1-2 hours then turned off for 30 minutes to allow the pump to cool down.)

The TF 5000
Description: Step
up to commercial scale biofuel production with the TF5000. This unit is the highest output biofuel system available on the
market in terms of size, and it is set up to be hands off and a major fuel producer. It is perfect in many capacities: it
serves well for both the individual that desires to make fuel quickly, the do it and get it over with as quickly as possible
person, and the TF5000 is excellent for large businesses: trucking fleets, large agricultural operations, etc.
This
setup features a 3 tiered filter design and a huge FP-3 filtration media assembly, together they completely remove all harmful
particles and ensure a flawless final fuel product. With the TF5000 you can be sure that you are getting a top of the line
design that out-produces every other system available, both in terms of a cleaner fuel and output capacity. This unit also
features a remote controlled pump for added convenience. Simply click the pump on and off from across the shop.
The
TF5000 is made to either sit on a shop floor or it can be mounted on a cart or trailer like we have ours. A small 4 by 6 or
4 by 8 trailer works great and can be purchased very inexpensively. Ours cost $150 to give you an idea, and it works great
for carrying the unit and when we need to pick oil up we simply take the TF5000 off the trailer, set it in the shop, and mount
2 oil pickup containers on the trailer. Also this is a good chance to mention that when empty this system is very easily moved
around. The unit separates quickly with quick connect fittings and all exits have an on/off valve to keep fuel from going
everywhere, remember we want to make our own fuel but we don’t want to make a mess. The unit has a nozzle flow rate
equal to or more than what you see coming out of a gas station pump nozzle. We also use an automatic fuel nozzle for this
unit so that when your container is fuel the nozzle cuts the flow of fuel off to prevent a mess.
The unit in the picture
above is the actual unit that we use on a weekly basis, and we process anywhere from 800-1200 gallons through it every
week.

Output: Up to 400 gallons
per hour!
Power Supply: 120v (standard
wall outlet)
Filter Overview: The TF5000
is different all the way around, within this system we utilize 3 external filters:
-The first
is a stainless steel strainer that filters to 30 microns. The stainless element in this filter can be removed easily for cleaning.
-The second filter is a 10 micron water block filter. This filter needs to be replaced every 1,000
gallons.
-The third filter is an upgraded PFC5000 polypropylene filter cartridge, it is a 1 micron filter designed
for the greater pressures and fuel volumes that the TF5000 experiences. It needs to be replaced every 1,000 gallons with a
fresh cartridge. 10 extra PFC5000 filters are included with every TF5000 order, so you have 11,000 gallons
to go through before you need to re-order.
-The fourth ,and most important, filter is
a custom FP-3 filtration media assembly, which is designed to handle the input/output volumes that this large system sees
on a daily basis.
What comes
with the TF5000?
-100 Gallon tank with 10 GPM pump
-1 commercial
grade fuel hose
-automatic fuel nozzle
-all fittings
-1
FP-3 Filtration Media assembly
-1 non-bypass filter housing with PFC5000 filter
-mixer
